To meet the national requirements for safe production, the factory organized an event themed "Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Can Respond to Emergencies — Identify and Rectify Risks and Hidden Hazards."
On the morning of July 20, Xu Min, a leader of Zhejiang Shushi Biotechnology Co., Ltd., convened all management cadres in the conference room for the 2026 "Safe Production" meeting.
To further strengthen the effectiveness of warning education, Manager Zhao shared representative safety production accident cases from the industry in recent years and interpreted the company’s special action plan for safe production, clarifying the phased work objectives. The plan focuses on five major management areas — conceptual promotion, on-site control, hidden hazard remediation, risk prevention and control, and emergency response improvement — and comprehensively outlines various tasks for safe production. It aims to guide all employees to actively participate in safety work, there by building a good working environment featuring full participation, full responsibility, and full risk prevention.
At the meeting, the company’s main leader delivered a mobilization speech and emphasized several key work requirements:
- All staff must unify their thinking and anchor the same safety goal. All employees should deeply understand that safety is the bottom line of production and the prerequisite for development. They must ensure high consistency in thinking across the entire workforce, take the prevention and control of safety accidents as the core work objective, and prioritize safety as the primary task.
- Strictly implement control measures and refine on-site management. Increase the intensity of daily inspections and special supervisions to ensure real results. Improve the dual prevention mechanism, strictly enforce the reward and punishment system, maintain zero tolerance for violations and illegal operations, and eliminate all types of safety risks at the budding stage.
- Deepen publicity and education for all employees to create an atmosphere of full participation. Utilize diverse publicity channels such as activities, full-staff training, various special trainings, and warning education to regularly carry out safety knowledge popularization and accident case warning lectures. Break the outdated notion that safety is solely the responsibility of management personnel, extend safety publicity to every team and every employee, and achieve full coverage of safety education.
